OWNER/LONG ISLAND WINE CONSULTANT:
     LISA JULIAN CANNAC
has an extensive background in the Long Island Wine Industry with over ten (10) years experience, a bachelor's degree in Science and sommelier certification.  Prior to beginning her wine consulting, Lisa was the Wine Lab Director for Premium Wine Group and an Assistant Winemaker for Castello di Borghese and Ternhaven Cellars, among other positions at various Long Island Wineries.  As a consultant for restaurants, wine stores, events, weddings and wineries,  she tastes the local wines on a regular basis.  She educates the public as well as trains industry staff members on a wide variety of Long Island wine related information.  Lisa was a Petty Officer in the United States Coast Guard. 

WINEMAKER/BLENDER/WINERY DESIGN CONSULTANT:
     BERNARD CANNAC, D.N.O.
has an Enology degree from the University of Bordeaux, and an MBA in International Commercialization of Wines and Spirits from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Dijon and  is able to consult for a wide variety of clients from all regions.  He is the former Winemaker of Galluccio Family Wineries in Cutchogue, NY where he created a 90 rated Chardonnay from Wine Spectator and earned four (4) gold medals at the Critics Challenge Wine Competition along with "Winery of the Year-Eastern United States".  Bernard created "The Best Merlot in New York" at the New York Food and Wine ClassicDan's Papers "Best Chardonnay", a 90 rated merlot from Wine and Spirits and an 88 rated Merlot from Wine Enthusiast for Comtesse Therese Vineyards, where he is the Winemaker Consultant.
